Organizers

Message	Cause	Fix
Title is required	The evaluation or question has no title.	Add a title.
Max 255 characters	The title is too long.	Shorten it.
End date must be after or equal to start date	Ends At is before Starts At.	Fix the dates.
Cannot edit an evaluation that has submitted answers	You saved question changes after someone answered.	Click Discard, then clone the evaluation to change the questions.
Cannot delete an evaluation that has submitted answers	The evaluation has responses.	Switch off Enabled instead.
Maximum score must be at least 1	A Score question's Maximum Score Value is empty or 0.	Enter 1 or more.
Option label is required	An option is empty.	Type a label or delete the option.
At least two options are required	A Single Select or Multi Select question has fewer than two options.	Add another option.
At least one option is required	A Checkbox question has no options.	Add an option.
Option titles must be unique / Option titles must be distinct within the same question.	Two options have the same name.	Rename one.
The attendee must be a speaker in the selected activity.	The linked speaker isn't a speaker in the linked session.	Pick a speaker of that session, or add them to the session in the Agenda.
Failed to clone evaluation / Failed to delete evaluation	Something went wrong on the server.	Try again.
Failed to generate the PDF report	The PDF couldn't be built in your browser.	Try again, or use Export report.
Module Access Restricted	The event's grace period has expired.	Settle payments under Go to Billing.

Attendees

Message	Cause	Fix
Please set a score	A required score slider hasn't been clicked.	Click or drag the slider.
Please select an option	A required single-choice question is empty.	Pick one option.
Select at least one option	A required multiple-choice question is empty.	Tick at least one box.
This field is required	A required text question is empty.	Type an answer.
Enter a valid number	A number question has something other than a number.	Type a number.
Failed to submit evaluation	The answers couldn't be sent.	Try again.
This evaluation is not currently open for submissions	It hasn't started yet, has closed, or was turned off.	Contact the organizer.
You have already submitted this evaluation and resubmission is not allowed	You submitted before, and changing answers isn't allowed.	Contact the organizer if you made a mistake.
You must have attended the event to access this evaluation	The evaluation is only for attendees who checked in.	Check in at the event first.
Event Attendee Is Not Paid, Please Contact Event Admin	Your registration isn't paid.	Contact the organizer.
Attendee Registration Has Been Refunded	Your registration was refunded.	Contact the organizer.
Failed to download certificate	You don't match the certificate's roles, packages or attendance rules.	Contact the organizer.
